A single service, or a blend of services.
A session is hands-on bodywork, sound work, or both. Massage is licensed clinical work — deep tissue, myofascial, scar tissue, postural. Sound work is bowls, forks, and voice, and part of it is a scan: I listen for how your body responds to particular tones and shape the rest of the session around what I find. That reading is what makes an hour of sound meaningfully personal instead of generic. Aromatherapy and hot towels can be woven into either.
Start with a base, then shape it. Stacking a second service adds time on the table — a 90-minute massage plus a 30-minute sound session is 120 minutes, back to back. An add-on happens during your session and adds nothing to the clock.
Your session
Everything below is in the builder above. Sound work is priced twenty percent under massage for the same time.
Full-body licensed bodywork with tuning forks along the spine and feet. The default first visit.
More time on one region, plus a longer sound close. For chronic tension.
Bowls, forks, and voice, no bodywork. Starts with a listening pass to scan how you respond to tones.
The full arc with time to settle at both ends.
Two hours built as one piece rather than two services back to back.
Thirty or sixty minutes of sound after the bodywork, adding that time to the table.
Any session above, delivered at your home or workplace in the same Monday and Tuesday hours. Traveling fee starts at $60, quoted by distance; 50% deposit holds the date.
Studio hours are Mondays 10–2 and 7–9 PM, Tuesdays 10–2, bookable up to 60 days out with 12 hours notice. Every session is followed by a half-hour changeover, so the room is always reset.
If you are choosing between slots: the midday hours suit structural, hands-on work; the Monday evening block suits deep rest and sound. Either slot suits any session — a bit of timing wisdom from Ayurveda.
Sessions are complementary care from a licensed therapist, designed to work comfortably alongside whatever your physician has you doing.
Aromatherapy, hot towels, and sound during a massage are add-ons that happen inside your session — they deepen the hour without shortening the bodywork.
Sliding scale is available. Just ask when you book.
