A sound bath is an hour on the floor while didgeridoo, crystal bowls, handpan, and flutes are played live around the room. You lie down, get comfortable, and rest — the sound does the work. Most people fall asleep at least once.
Every public date through next summer. Pick one and reserve a spot — payment is taken in person.
Private sound baths and group bookings are quoted separately.

Open room, first come. One per sign, on the Saturday nearest mid-sign, 7 PM.
Five a year, at the seasonal turns. Everyone in the room voices the element's healing sound together at one point in the hour.
Monthly at Cola Lounge, second Friday, 8:30 PM. Later, louder, and social — lie on the floor or stay upright with a drink. 21+.
Four a year, hands-on and small.
Public events run two to three a month: twelve zodiac sound baths, five element sound baths, four workshops, and High Vibration monthly at Cola Lounge. Dates are announced by email, then open for booking.
Each sound bath is tuned to the sign's ruling planet using Cousto's published planetary tunings, and the program note names which ruler was used.
Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water — held on the solstice, equinox, or cross-quarter day itself, each with its healing sound as a participatory segment.
A night sound bath at Cola Lounge on the second Friday — the same instruments in a room with couches, a bar, and low light.
Fork technique and the listening pass, bowl voicing and volume, building a session arc, and ceremony and group holding.
Dates open for booking as they are announced. Email to hear first.
Wear what you can lie still in. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are here; bring a pillow if you are particular. Doors close at the start time because the first ten minutes set the room.
